Unlike the majority of our competitors Coverad does not rely on sub contract installers; we made the decision a number of years ago to employ our own team of installation engineers who are professionally trained, highly qualified and dedicated to providing a first class service to all our clients.
All our Installation Engineers have been subjected to the Enhanced Disclosure procedure and hold current CSCS certification, Asbestos Awareness certification, and have undergone a series of CITB Site training courses.
With particular reference to Hospitals, Care, and Nursing Homes all our engineers are fully aware of the procedures relating to Sharps, MRSA and Barrier nursing and regularly attend pre-site meetings to discuss and advise on the proposed methods of operation to ensure the minimum disruption to both staff and patients in all areas.
As you can see from the above team photograph, all our Installation Engineers have their own Coverad vehicle and wear a complete Coverad uniform which is easily recognisable on any site and they also carry a photographic identity badge for security and identification purposes.
Our team have built up a reputation for the high quality of their installations and for the professional way they apply themselves when working in often difficult environments as is confirmed by the number of testimonials we have received from a large number of our customers.
When required we are able to combine the steam cleaning and sanitisation of the radiators at the same time as the new installation takes place.
