Following the launch of the Coverad Modul8™ Wireless Electric heater 18 months ago, as you would expect, electronics continue to develop at a spectacular rate.

Our design team always keen to be at the forefront of technology have incorporated this “next generation equipment” into a very successful prototype which is almost silent in operation and now designated the Mark 2.
The Mark 2 fulfils all of our customer’s requirements for time and temperature control and in doing so gives an even larger usage spectrum than ever at an even more economical costing.
The Modul8™ User friendly handheld control gives the user a wide range of easily entered programmes that offer up to six different time and temp options per day.

For example bedrooms in a typical Nursing Home can operate on a low night temperature increasing to a comfortable day temperature whilst modulating up and down as demand requires yet giving excellent economy.
Alternatively the same Nursing Home will have completely different requirements for say the Dining Room where they may only require three heated periods for breakfast, lunch and supper. This presents no problem whatsoever due to the fast heat recovery cycle.
There are no heater controls on the units that can be altered by patients.
Modul8™ heaters can be powered from a 13amp socket or spur. A mobile unit is also available.
